Diagnosis and treatment of simple liver cysts
Simple liver cysts are one of the most common benign liver diseases.
- The disease is detected in about every 10th person.
- Most often, they are asymptomatic.
Simple liver cysts are usually detected during examinations for other diseases using computer or magnetic resonance imaging. The reasons for their occurrence are not clear, according to experts, this may be due to a violation of embryogenesis.
