Today we are telling the story of our patient Vyacheslav S. For four years he lived with a large postoperative hernia. The man felt discomfort, as it constantly bulged on the right side of the abdomen. Lying on his side or in a dream, he had to support her.
- Even wearing a special bandage did not help – the hernia still fell out.
At the MCSC herniocenter on Pavlova Street, the patient underwent laparoscopic extraperitoneal plastic surgery of a postoperative hernia using a 30*30 cm mesh implant. The surgeons returned the intestine to the abdominal cavity in the correct anatomical position and restored the integrity of the abdominal wall.
Today Vyacheslav feels well and has returned to active life.
