The State budgetary institution of healthcare in Moscow, which fully provides specialized multidisciplinary medical care to the population in accordance with the profile of the work of the Center's departments.
This means that everyone who has applied for medical care in our Center can receive it in full free of charge, within the framework of the mandatory medical insurance program (CHI). The entire volume of medical care provided under the MHI is determined by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and provides a sufficient set of measures for diagnosis and treatment both at the outpatient level (in the consultative and diagnostic department) and in the hospital.
SBUZ MCSC named after A. S. Loginov DZM works with all insurance medical organizations in the city of Moscow, which belong to the Moscow State Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance.
In this case, the examination and treatment is carried out within the framework of any one specific disease (for example: cholecystitis, hiatal hernia, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.). Additional care and (or) treatment for other diseases can only be carried out according to a different standard of CHI in the prescribed manner, which, in some cases, may lengthen the time of diagnosis and treatment.
The diagnostic and treatment process consists of several stages:
- The implementation of the CHI program begins in the consultative and diagnostic department (CDO) and is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis in the direction of an appointment from your health care center (polyclinic at the place of residence).

At the same time, our institution, which is a multidisciplinary medical institution of expert class in Moscow and the Russian Federation, has the opportunity to provide specialized medical care on a contractual basis in a shorter time, while maintaining high quality and even increasing the volume of care provided.
In particular, such operations as cholecystectomy, polypectomy, complex diagnostic studies (capsule endoscopy, sleep colonoscopy, endo-ultrasound manipulations, punctures of various organs, etc.) can be performed on an outpatient basis or with a short hospitalization for only 1-2 days.
All specialists The Moscow Clinical Scientific Center named after A. S. Loginov participates in the provision of paid medical services. The time of rendering paid medical services coincides with the working time of the MCSC.
The consultative and diagnostic department of the A. S. Loginov MCSC is open from Monday to Friday inclusive from 8: 00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 15: 00. The hospital's working hours are around the clock.

The most popular types of medical care for patients are such as complex diagnostics, performing surgical manipulations, and surgical interventions. At the same time, you can simultaneously get rid of several diseases (for example, removal of the gallbladder, polyps of the gastrointestinal tract, treatment of ventral hernia or hernia of the esophageal orifice of the diaphragm, etc.), while receiving the necessary therapeutic support, a set of physiotherapy procedures, etc. Such types of medical care can be carried out by signing a contract directly in the Moscow Clinical Scientific Center named after A. S. Loginov.
Also, at your request, you can sign a contract for accommodation, during hospitalization, in 1-2 local wards of increased comfort.
