Patient B.
I would like to express my gratitude to the team of the Department of operative endoscopy!
What brought me to this department was the need for gastroscopy, which I was doing for the first time in my life and which, after listening to friends with an increased level of impressionability, I expected to see at a level roughly comparable to the torture of a novice executioner. But what was my surprise that even in the old-fashioned, non-sarcastic execution, the procedure turned out to be quite tolerable in terms of perceived sensations, as for me, only at the level of an early wake-up call on a Sunday afternoon.
Nurse Shvedova E. L. perfectly prepared and set a cheerful mood, and Dr. Hvorova I. I. deftly and quickly conducted the procedure, encouraging me along the way so much so that I could not help but believe her.
Now my stomach will receive a long-awaited diagnosis, and my friends will receive a recommendation for their next gastroscopy. Everything was just perfect!
Health, creative and professional success to the staff of the department of operative endoscopy!
