I would like to say a huge thank you to the specialists of the Department of Liver Diseases of the Moscow State Medical Center. Loginova, where I have been consulted, examined and treated since December 2019.

I arrived for the first time for a consultation with a diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver in the MCSC in a hopeless state from the Smolensk region, where doctors of the Smolensk Regional Clinical Hospital did not provide me with appropriate medical care after an unqualified diagnosis, treatment for a concomitant complication (shunt hepatic encephalopathy) was not carried out... Medications for the relief of encephalopathy attacks were not prescribed, they did not consider it appropriate (they say cirrhosis and this is all said, what else is needed???)... With enviable regularity (once every 3-4 weeks, due to progressive encephalopathy of 2-3 art.), I was hospitalized by ambulance call to the district hospital on registration, where I was given intensive therapy... 

And so, thanks to my fellow students from the university, I learned about the possibility of consultation and further examination in the Loginov MCSC within the framework of the CHI. From December 2019 to the present, the situation has cleared up, I was examined in the department of liver diseases, established the causes of the disease, prescribed adequate therapy and gave me the necessary recommendations and ways of possible favorable solutions to my problems.

...The attacks of progressive encephalopathy have become less frequent and almost disappeared, I am regularly examined and treated in the department of liver diseases of the center, according to the recommendations of doctors, and the waiting list for transplant surgery is included...

If earlier I thought that I was doomed, and my 38 years, I have a wonderful family and two sons, now I am sure that there is a way out and I hope for a speedy resolution of my health problems. I hope that the body will cope and the quality of my life will improve a lot, which will make it possible to extend my life...

This faith in my own strength, faith in doctors and their help, was first instilled in me in the Loginov center!!! I thank the wonderful gastroenterologist-Melkina Elena Sergeevna, a very experienced, qualified specialist and simply responsive, who passed through my medical history. A man with a capital letter!!! Elena Sergeevna always makes contact, I can contact her at any time and get advice by phone. Such help is worth a lot!!!
