Patient A.

Dear doctors, nurses, and all the staff of the MNCC. Loginova. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU!!! For what you do! For giving people a few more years of life without pain!!! Unfortunately, most patients take the fact that they are being treated for granted, as a matter of course. However, it is the informal attitude of doctors to the treatment of the patient that minimizes the risks of complications and damage to other internal organs. I was in the hospital of VTH and HE from 19.11.20 to 23.11.20 for a standard operation to remove the gallbladder. But due to the specific structure of my internal organs, removing the gallbladder without damaging the liver (a tumor on the liver) was extremely problematic. As a result, the operation lasted 2 times longer than usual. But my liver was saved!

Many thanks for this to my attending surgeon Mikhail Mikhnevich Vadimovich and the entire team that performed the operation!!! Many thanks to the nurses and nurses in the department where I was recovering from surgery!!! Many thanks to all the staff of the Center for the fact that despite the work on the wear and tear due to COVID, the staff of the Center show kindness, endurance and patience in communicating with patients and those who are sent to the MNCC for initial examination.

I would also like to thank Svetlana Mikhailovna Iskhakova and the staff of her department for their help in solving the problems that have arisen in connection with COVID! Health to you all! Patience when dealing with patients! Good luck and all the best!
