I would like to express my deep gratitude to the doctors of the Loginov Moscow Medical Research Center. I have repeatedly applied to the consulting department to the rheumatologist Koltsova E. N. for help in the treatment of RA. I would like to note her kindness, responsiveness, and great patience with patients. You need to love people and your profession very much to treat them like this. She listens very carefully, never gets annoyed, although there are enough reasons. Often there are irritated and angry patients who express their dissatisfaction with the delay in their admission. No one wants a formal approach to themselves only to others. Despite the large number of patients, Ekaterina Nikolaevna does not refuse to help anyone, sacrificing her personal time. An amazing person!

I would also like to mention the Department of Rheumatology. While there for treatment, I got to know this wonderful team. I was pleasantly surprised how the work of the department was organized. As soon as I was laid down, the attending doctor, Ekaterina Pavlovna Kisileva, immediately came. She examined me very carefully and listened to me and ordered a lot of tests and studies. Everything was quickly and efficiently done, without any delays. Given my condition, for the convenience of my movement to the research, I was taken in a wheelchair and medical transport. Lying in the compartment, I did not experience any discomfort. Despite the young team of doctors, everyone was kind, attentive and responsive. An amazing team! All the other nurses were also good-natured and attentive. What professionals they are! How easily and quickly put IVs, without any hematomas. And I would also like to mention the professor of the department, Doctor of Medical Sciences Lukina Galina Viktorovna. Despite her high position, she is a very sociable and simple person. Always ready to communicate, there is no arrogance. How many people did she help with competent prescribing of treatment! No formality! Always knows the patient's condition and its features. It is simply amazing how much kindness, cordiality and love there is in this person. How she loves people!
