Currently, doctors are very busy with a large amount of work, because despite all the scientific achievements, diseases continue to rage. Some doctors put their whole soul into helping patients, which is why they develop burnout syndrome or, as it is also called, empathy fatigue. I was very pleased that the above employees have not lost this human quality. In a difficult moment, patients tend to pour out their experiences and the doctor is expected to listen to them.
