I wanted to share my opinion about the past consultations with psychologist Ogarev V.V. I addressed him with questions about the work of the gastrointestinal tract, since the relevant doctors could not find the cause of my worries and offered to sign up for a consultation with a psychologist to look for a problem in the emotional sphere.

Based on the results of 10 sessions, I can say that Ogarev V.V. is a competent specialist who is well versed in his topic. I really liked his approach to work. He listened attentively and tried to understand every aspect of the personality in terms of its possible impact on the existing problem. He gave a lot of useful recommendations on what you need to pay attention to in everyday life. I was always interested in how things were going and gave clarifying advice. He also additionally recommended visiting a gastroenterologist, arranged for my appointment and informed her in advance about her current condition.

Although the results revealed that the problem of the gastrointestinal tract with a high degree of probability has no connection with the psychological aspect, but I consider this time to be very productive in terms of understanding myself and what I can work on to improve the quality of life and health. Many important things that I didn't even pay attention to before were worked out in the classroom and became understandable from the point of view of their use in everyday life. Thanks a lot again!
