It is with great pleasure that I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the NPC department, whose inpatient patient I was from October 24 to November 1, 2017.

My special gratitude goes to the head of the department Bykova S. V., the attending physician Ivanova M. S. and the doctor Turkina L. H. for the highest professionalism, sincere desire to help solve the patient's health problems, kindness and responsiveness. I was very lucky that by the will of circumstances I was treated by these wonderful women.

I also want to say a big thank you to the nursing and service staff of the department, and especially to the senior nurse Marina Anatolyevna, nurses Alexandra, Yulia, Maria, Lyudmila, and the barmaid Larisa.

In the difficult conditions in which the health care system operates in the country, patients, according to my observations during hospitalization, are in clean wards with neat bed linen, provided with normal dietary nutrition, necessary medicines, injections, enemas, etc.

Not once during my stay in the hospital did I have any reasons for dissatisfaction or any complaints.

I wish the staff of the department good health and well-being.
