Li Irina Alekseevna regularly takes an active part with the results of her practical work and scientific research at national and international Congresses and conferences, both in Russia and in European countries, where her reports constantly attract great attention. He is the main speaker at the Annual Scientific Conference Gastrosessiy TSNIIG, conducted since 1974 TSNIIG, and then GBUZ MKNTS named after A. S. Loginov DZM. Conducts teaching activities for doctors, residents, students on various clinical issues and teaches organizational and legal knowledge.
Since 2014, he has been actively involved in research activities conducted under the auspices of the MCSC.
In 2018-2019, under her leadership, 12 research projects were conducted, 30 educational schools were held for patients in the "gastroenterology" profile. Currently, I. A. Li continues to actively develop gastroenterological activities: constantly participates in medical consultations for complex patients, supervises the work of residents in terms of medical documentation, the legal basis of the organization of health care, constantly combines practical and scientific activities.
During the period of work in the Center, she took an active part in the reorganization of medical institutions, by joining the State Medical Center of the Moscow State Medical Center: in 2013, the State Medical Center No. 60, in 2014, the State Medical Center "DC KZHZ DZM", in 2020, the State Medical Center "OD No. 5 DZM". With her participation, medical and diagnostic processes were organized in the newly created departments of the Center, personnel was selected, new payment systems were introduced in the institution, and the transition to an effective contract was implemented.
Li I. A. during her work at the Center has established herself as a competent specialist, constantly improving her professional skills. He has the latest techniques used in medicine. Irina Alekseevna is the author and co-author of more than 35 scientific publications.
