Type 1 diabetes mellitus (training in the technique of insulin injections, training in the calculation of carbohydrates according to the system of X-bread units);

Type 2 diabetes mellitus, including those with late complications at various stages; selection of hypoglycemic therapy, transfer to insulin therapy, correction of the regime and doses of insulin administration;

Diseases of the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands (thyrotoxicosis, hypothyroidism, AIT, nodular goiter, hypo - and hyperparathyroidism) with preparation, if necessary, for surgical treatment, taking into account the data of a puncture biopsy;

Pathology of the hypothalamic-pituitary system (prolactinoma, acromegaly, diabetes insipidus, Itsenko-Cushing's disease, etc.);
