Every year, on September 15, World Lymphoma Day is celebrated.

  • Lymphoma refers to a group of tumors of the lymphoid tissue. In particular, it affects the lymph nodes, spleen, tonsils and lymph plaques of the small intestine. 
  • In Russia, about 70 thousand new cases of this disease are diagnosed annually, the average age of patients is 50 years.

The Hematology department of our Center uses modern methods of treatment with the use of chemotherapy and new targeted drugs.

  • The specialists of the MCSC are co-authors of the Russian clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoproliferative diseases.
