Every second person has experienced bullying at least once — as a witness, victim, or aggressor.

Bullying ( bullying/bullying) - aggressive behavior, repeated repeatedly, representing emotional or physical harassment of another person.

It refers to a traumatic experience and has serious consequences:

  • post-traumatic stress disorder;
  • eating disorders;
  • depression;
  • anxiety disorders;
  • abuse and dependence on alcohol and psychoactive substances. 

The phenomenon of bullying and bullying has recently become an increasingly discussed topic. Both in the context of violence against another, and in the context of negative consequences.

In the US, one in four students says they were bullied at school.

Types of bullying:

  • threats;

  • spreading rumors;

  • social isolation;

Which, in combination with other risk factors (for example, perfect traits, high anxiety, hereditary burden) leads to the development of eating disorders (RPP):

  • bulimia;
  • anorexia;
  • compulsive overeating.

Most of the RPP is associated with childhood bullying, namely attacks on the appearance of the victim. Against the background of bullying, a person pays excessive attention to his body.

So, improper diet, gluttony or malnutrition harm the digestive and endocrine systems, as well as the heart, cause metabolic disorders.
