Vyacheslav Polyakov, 54 years old, turned to the Bariatric Surgery Center MCSC named after A.S. Loginov with the problem of excess weight. He made repeated attempts to lose weight on his own, but did not achieve a positive result.
The man underwent a comprehensive examination, the results of which were diagnosed:
- obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
- deposition of cholesterol in the vessels;
- changes in the liver that can lead to cirrhosis.
- diabetes mellitus.
The patient is recommended surgery to reduce the volume of the stomach. But, first he needs to lose 20 kilograms within one month.
