Crohn's disease. MCSC patient Feedback
Today we are telling the story of Denis, a 33-year-old MCSC patient.
In 2016, he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. The cause of this disease is the malfunction of one's own immunity, attacking the gastrointestinal tract, which leads to chronic inflammation.
The man has already undergone 2 operations: the first - when he was in serious condition in intensive care, the second planned operation was performed in our Center.
Approximately, since 2018, the patient has been under the supervision of specialists of the MCSC Inflammatory Bowel Disease Treatment Department.
The doctors helped him find a competent individual treatment – in Denis's case, this is genetic engineering. After selecting the medication, the man noted that his well-being and overall quality of life had improved significantly.
