Pregnancy planning with a geneticist. Says the MCSC expert
Often, when planning a pregnancy, expectant parents have many questions:
- how to properly assess the possible risks of developing pathology in a child?
- how to find out the degree of risk of genetic diseases in the fetus if the first child or another relative is sick in the family?
- what diseases are considered genetic in general?
