I would like to express my deep gratitude and bow to all the staff of the MCSC, from the director of the Institute to ordinary medical workers, for the examination, treatment and the most difficult rehabilitation in the postoperative period.
The operation was performed by laparoscopic access by the director of the Institute Igor Yevgenyevich Khatkov. Such operations in abdominal surgery are among the most difficult in the world.   Thanks to such Doctors as Igor Yevgenyevich, there is still hope for the future of domestic medicine, despite the numerous "optimizations" carried out in the Russian health care.  For all employees of the MCSC in the treatment of the patient, the medical aspect and the human attitude to the patient remain in the first place, which, unfortunately, is currently exclusive in many medical institutions.  Any disease must have a psychological component. When the doctor is friendly, calm, attentive, looks directly into the eyes, the treatment is carried out at a high professional level, the patient feels that he has fallen into good hands, and it really becomes easier for him.  For this, a huge thank you also to the attending physician and the second surgeon Mikhnevich Mikhail Vadimovich.
