I would like to express my sincere heartfelt gratitude to the head of State. The Department of Kagan L. G. for high human qualities ( sensitivity and attentive attitude), and most importantly for the highest professionalism. A doctor with a capital letter. Thanks to her efforts and recommendations given at discharge to my mother, who was in the Department from 15.12 to 25.12.2015, it was possible to significantly improve the "quality of life", as it is customary to express in the attitude of people with severe diseases.  Thank you very much!
