Patient K.

Dear Grigory Vladimirovich Fedoruk, dear doctors and all the staff of the Department of Orthopedics and Complex Trauma.
Please accept my sincere gratitude for all that you have done for me.
Thank you, Grigory Vladimirovich, for your golden hands, for the opportunity to forget about the pain and inconvenience and enjoy walking, enjoy life. Thank you, Sergey Sergeyevich, for the painless bandages and postoperative follow-up. Thank you to Alena Ruslanovna, the surgical nurse.
I am very grateful to the post nurse Emma Anatolyevna Shchelchkova. She dressed me, packed me, and took me to the surgery, comforting me and encouraging me as if I were her own.
Thank you to Natalia Zudenkova and all the staff who worked on 16.11. 2015. After the operation, they gave me so much attention and care!
An amazing atmosphere of professionalism, sensitivity and kindness reigns in your Department. Amazing staff, who, while perfectly performing their duties, are also very humanly responsive and delicate. They do not just respond quickly to requests, not only without a shadow of the almost usual dissatisfaction for patients, they quickly come to the call at any time of the day, but also insist that patients are not afraid to "disturb" them if necessary. As the nurse on duty on 18/19. 11. 15 said, " Here we are for you, and you are for us. We need each other." I was amazed and delighted by such professional wisdom. If I am not mistaken, it was Maria Valeryevna Chernyshova.  I can't help but note the excellent condition of the department. You feel at home in the ward: everything is comfortable, beautiful, and functional. And very clean, thanks to the junior medical staff.
Unfortunately, I can't name everyone by name, it's just that all of you, all the staff of the Department, without exception, are wonderful!!
Thank you all so much! Health, good luck, prosperity, happiness and success to you and your family and friends.
With deep respect, Patient K.
