D.Noskova Karina Kadievna took part in the master class on endoscopic ultrasound examination organized by the Ministry of the Republic of Karelia, which was held on February 22 in Petrozavodsk on the basis of the State Medical Institution "Republican Hospital named after V. A. Baranov".
Our specialists demonstrated the diagnostic capabilities of endosonography and the technique of performing a fine needle puncture of a pancreatic tumor under the control of ENDOSY with subsequent cytological examination of the puncture material on the spot. The team work of the endoscopist and the cytologist makes it possible to more accurately and in the shortest possible time to achieve a final diagnosis, so necessary for patients with suspected pancreatic neoplasms.
