An internship at our center is a wonderful opportunity for students to deepen their knowledge and gain irreplaceable practical skills first-hand.
MCSC specialists are always actively involved in training programs and share their experience with young doctors.
Today we present to your attention the review of surgeon Zhalgas Yerzhanov. In the MCSC named after A. S. Loginov, he completed an internship in the Department of thoracoabdominal surgery.
"From 14.02 to 11.03 he completed an internship in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the MCSC named after A. S. Loginov. During this time, thanks to interesting tasks and a wonderful team, the desire to develop in this area has become even greater.
In the department, already as an intern, I managed to feel like part of the team, I had the opportunity to assist in various volumetric operations, both open and thoracoscopic, and even robot-assisted (for me this is a big discovery). Involvement in the analysis of different clinical cases was also a big plus. It has its own area of responsibility, which, in my opinion, is very important to get used to already at the starting positions.
I would also like to mention the responsive and friendly staff, who warmly welcome trainees to the team and willingly share their experience and knowledge. Senior colleagues give feedback during each assignment, as well as on the results of the internship, which helps a lot to work on yourself.
Also, I cannot but note that the department creates optimal conditions for trainees. I can say with confidence that during my internship in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at the A. S. Loginov MCSC, I acquired not only invaluable knowledge and experience, but also the most important practical skills.
I would like to thank the team once again, especially the head of the Department, MD, Professor Arif Kerimovich Allahverdiyev, Khamzat Aptievich and of course Astanda Frunbeevna!
