Treatment in MCSC. Patient feedback.
In March 2021 patient Marina K. turned to the gastroenterologist with complaints about malaise and abdominal pain. After gastroscopy, a diagnosis was made – stomach cancer. Doctors advised to contact the MCSC named after A. S. Loginov.
Based on the results of the examination and the interdisciplinary Council of the MCSC, it was decided to conduct a combined treatment, including: perioperative chemotherapy and surgery. After 4 courses of chemotherapy, the patient underwent robot-assisted distal gastric resection with D2 lymphadenectomy.
Today the patient returned to her usual life.
