MCSC director held a master class on surgery in karelia
On March 10, the director of the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Igor Khatkov conducted a master class on surgery for colleagues from the V.A. Baranov Republican Hospital in Petrozavodsk.
He performed two operations on patients with cancer:
- Laparoscopic left-sided adrenalectomy
- Laparoscopic atypical gastric resection
Also, at the round table meeting, specialists discussed the changing role of surgery in oncology.
