Applicants to the graduate school are interviewed by the prospective supervisor. The prospective supervisor informs the admissions committee in writing about the result of the interview. The prospective supervisor in his conclusion evaluates the relevance of the proposed topic of the dissertation and the ability of the applicant to write a dissertation.

Persons with higher professional education are admitted to the postgraduate school based on the results of passing the entrance exams on a competitive basis. According to the decision of the examination committee, persons who have achievements in research activities reflected in scientific publications may be granted the right of preferential admission.

The standard period for the development of the main professional educational program for the preparation of a postgraduate student in the field of Medical sciences with full-time training is 3 years.

Application for admission to graduate school (to be filled in by hand);
Completed personal personnel record sheet (to be filled in by hand);
Autobiography (filled in by hand);
Passport and its photocopy;
The original and a copy of the diploma of higher professional education and its appendix (a copy of the diploma and its appendix must be certified either at the place of issue of the diploma, or notarized). For persons who have received education abroad, including citizens of the CIS member states – - a copy of the relevant diploma, as well as a copy of the certificate of equivalence of documents of foreign countries on education to the diploma, on higher professional education of the Russian Federation, issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
The original and a copy of the certificate of accreditation of the specialist or an extract from the final minutes of the meeting of the accreditation commission on the recognition of the incoming accredited specialist (if available);

Abstract on the topic of the dissertation work in the chosen specialty, agreed with the prospective supervisor: abstract of 20-25 typewritten pages. The structure of the abstract: content, introduction, chapters, conclusion, list of references. Margins: 3 cm on the left, 1.5 cm on the right, 2 cm at the top and bottom.

All documents are submitted in a folder with an arch mechanism.

Extract from the meeting of the local ethics committee.
Assignment for conducting patent information research (PII) and a certificate of PII.

To obtain a certificate of PII, you must first visit the Patent and Inventive Work department, with the final version of the abstract (signatures are not required), to determine the protectability of the topic and its registration. The protection capacity of the dissertation topic is determined by the employees of the Department for Patent and Inventive Work. A patent search is conducted on a protected topic, the results of which are included in the certificate of FDI. When visiting the Patent and Inventive Work Department, an Assignment is issued for conducting an IPI.
Non-protected topic – a topic that does not result in the creation of any intellectual property object (invention, industrial design, utility model, computer program, database).
